Shawna is a native Texan, born in Plainview and relocated throughout Texas during her school years. Shawna always had a desire to return to west Texas and attend Texas Tech University, where she would graduate with her BBAs in both Finance and Marketing. She began her career as a Financial Advisor in 1998 and is humbled that her clients allow her to serve their financial needs. Shawna works one on one to assess, create and manage their financial plan. She maintains her focus on getting to know her clients first and financial goals second to create a legacy for generations to come. As of February 2022, a new chapter of serving her clients best interests as an independent financial professional began with the creation of LBK Wealth Strategies.

Shawna is married to Thomas, a retired firefighter from the city of Lubbock and together they have two grown boys Hunter, and Jarod. She enjoys puzzles, card games, and cooking out with family and friends. She believes the key to having a strong community is to invest in the community you live in, which harnesses her passion for the great community of Lubbock 

Sarah Newton is a Lubbockite through and through. With backgrounds in the dental field and real estate, she has learned the key to success is truly in the relationships that are formed between herself and clients.

Sarah spends most of her free time toting her children to and from multiple activities, rather it's the basketball court, gym, soccer or softball field she lives for it all. She enjoys reading, playing chess, and hosting get togethers with her friends who are considered family.
